Moisturize, then moisturize some more. Moisture is the most important component in healthy hair. Lack of moisture can cause breakage, dry scalp, and split ends. You don't need to spend money on the most expensive products, most you can find in your house. Essential oils like olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil all provide  ample moisture to any type of hair texture.

COLOR TREATMENT

The more colour you use the more oppurtunity is to damage your hair. Everybody enjoys a little colour it's a way to change your look, but did you know that the parts of your hair that you're colouring are drying out faster than the hair has no color. Like any chemical put on your head it strips the natural oils,  automatically making your hair weaker. There are many ways to prevent this from happening such as, protein treatments,deep conditioning your hair, hot oil treatments, and moisturizing daily with essential oils.

STYLE YOUR HAIR DAILY

For daily hairstyles it's usually a quick style you choose for work or school. Cute afros, twist out, and updos are just a few of the styles you can do on the daily basis. They are great and are not time consuming. Also, it is important to protect your ends. Make sure you seal your hair with a moisturizer to prevent breakage ifyou decide to wear it out. Mosturization is the key to healthy hair.
